How much protein should I consume a day?
AIM for a daily protein intake between 1.6 and 2.2 grams of protein per kilogram (.73 and 1 grams per pound). Athletes and heavy exercisers should consume 2.2-3.4 grams of protein per kilogram (1-1.5 grams per pound)

How do I use my protein powder?
We recommend mixing one scoop of protein with 5 Oz of almond, cashew or coconut milk for a great tasting shake at least twice a day for best results.
You can mix it with your favorite fruit for a yummy smoothie or bake with it as well to make protein goodies!
When should I use my protein?
When it comes to fat loss, muscle growth and muscle recovery, timing is critical. After strenuous exercise, there is a small window where you can prevent muscle breakdown and jump start muscle growth and recovery. This window of favorable conditions usually closes about 2 hours after your workout. The optimal time to take your shake is within 30-45 minutes of your end of training.
On non training days we recommend using once in the morning and once for a snack in between meals.
